Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address: to sign you in, run the trial and match your subscription.
• Device identifier: a one-way hash of a hardware identifier, so a trial or a seat is tied to a device. The raw identifier never leaves your machine.
• Device name, platform and app version: shown in your device list and used for support.
• Subscription status: from Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see your card details.
• Recent file paths: stored only on your device for the recent-files search; never sent to us.

What we do not collect

No document contents, no window contents, no browsing, no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers.

Where it lives

Sign-in and subscription data is stored on our server in the European Union (Hostinger) behind Cloudflare. Sign-in codes are emailed through Resend. Payment data is processed by Paddle under their privacy policy.

How long

Account and device records are kept while you have a trial or subscription and for 12 months after, then deleted. Email us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Ask us to see, correct or delete your data at contact@us-serv.com. We answer within 30 days.
