1. The service

MTab ("MTab") is desktop software for macOS and Windows that adds a tab strip above application windows. "We" and "us" mean the makers of MTab. These terms apply when you download, install or subscribe to MTab.

2. Trial and subscription

MTab offers a 14-day free trial per email address and per device, started by signing in with an emailed code. After the trial, continued use needs an active subscription: USD 5 per month or USD 39 per year, plus any taxes shown at checkout. A subscription covers up to 3 devices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the receipt email or by writing to contact@us-serv.com, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

3. Payments and merchant of record

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle sells the subscription to you, issues receipts and invoices, collects applicable taxes, and processes refunds under our refund policy. 4. Licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use MTab on up to 3 devices you control while your trial or subscription is active. You may not resell, share your account, reverse engineer the licence checks, or run MTab in a way that circumvents the trial or subscription.

5. What MTab needs

MTab reads window titles and positions of the applications you use, through the operating system accessibility interfaces, to draw the tab strip. For Office files it can read file paths and save files on your instruction (Save all, auto-save, rename). It does not read document contents.

6. Availability and changes

MTab checks in with our licence service about once a day. It keeps working for 7 days without a connection. We may update the software, the price for new periods (with notice before renewal) and these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Warranty and liability

MTab is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work in documents you edit while using MTab. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
